Yarrow is a trio featuring poetic lyrics, cello, harmonizing vocals, acoustic guitar, and djembe. Their music is an innovative combination of folk, rock, jazz and classical music with the cello often a third lead voice.
Patty and Tom Hoisch and Patricia Fonseca formed the group in 2007. At the time, Patty and Patricia were participating in folk and rock bands while Tom was strictly a classical musician. They began to experiment with combining their diverse musical interests and saw an opportunity for creative expansion. The result is a continually evolving mix of crowd pleasing original music and familiar covers with their unique stamp.
