Yair Agu-San

"Music is therapy to my soul, that's why I love making it," he says. “Watching my Poppi perform Earth, Wind & Fire’s classic hits inspired me as an individual and as an artist. That’s what I’m out to make, classic hits like Run D.M.C, Ice Cube, NAS, and of course EW&F.”  With his family’s love and encouragement, Yaya continues to pursue his passions.
 
As a lyricist and songwriter himself, Yaya has been stirring up a buzz all over the city, as the newest, young artist to watch. He is sure to be one of the next game changers in the music industry for the future of Hip-Hop. His passion, skills, truth, and charm are truly felt in his songs. Yaya’s influence and message is echoed through his anthem “Let's Do Big Things.”
 
Yaya has collaborated with his friend DJ Young Slade, son of rapper/producer Lil’ Jon, established TruSound's Locco Lingo as the new “Good Life”, and has had a cameo in friend, Willow Smith’s video "Summer Fling".
 
Yaya continues to collaborate with his industry friends and family and work on his album. When he’s not in the studio or putting pen to paper, Yaya is performing on various stages in LA to a crowd that’s receptive not only to his unique sound, but to his influential words and young wisdom.
