Over the past year, the sensual, hypno-electronic dance tracks this Austin based DJ, singer and songwriterwho calls herself a Dreamer by Day, Artist By Star Light--has made her a sensation on ReverbNation. Her first 3 EPs have ranked among the Top 20 on their national dance chart (via likes, follows, and plays) and have risen to as high as #21. Support from fans all around the world for her inventive genre-defying vibe have also led to her ranking on the site as #1 dance artist in Austin. Since her surreal blend of empowering synth magic, grooves, melodies and ethereal vocals takes hold slowly, its a perfectly planned rollout leading to the January release of XOs full length debut album Lovers Blood.
A multi-talented singer songwriter, whose first instrument was acoustic guitar, XO has enjoyed a dynamic evolution from her teen indie approach in native Tucson and Flagstaff coffee shops, where she also acquired a degree at Northern Arizona University. Crazy about dance music, she enjoyed exploring flamenco techniques in her acoustic days but ultimately she found that electronic music was an enhanced pathway towards making the kind of uptempo beats idols like Rihanna and Shakira were doing.
