It’s important to know the meaning of his name and what he stands on before you can get to know the artist known as W!ZE, who says the exclamation mark in his name is “a symbol representing doing everything to your fullest potential” originating from a small town of Texarkana which is a city of two states on the border of Texas and Arkansas, the 22 year old artist has seen & experienced many of life’s hardships as well as learning the hard knocks of the streets, growing up on both sides, The artist says he’s seen “ the good and the ugly being on both sides. It made me more open minded and I learned to adapt to places easily” the versatility & different experiences that he’s went through in life also reflects in his music incorporating r&b old school hip hop trap and even funk into his sound “ I try to be as versatile as possible” the artist implied “I never want my next song to sound anything like my last song, but I’m always tryna make it a hit whichever direction I take it” One things for sure with this artist you might not know what you’re gonna get, but you can be sure it’ll be a hit
