Veggo aka Young Vegas, a concept rapper is a rising lyrical genius out of Bradenton, FL creating hip hop, hip house and electronic dance music (EDM). Veggo has received great support from local associates and entrepreneurs endorsing his movement with spotlight ads in community magazines and bookings.  Veggo’s popularity grew as his music was passed around and added to the playlist of many DJs in the bay area.

In 2014, Veggo signed to indie label, Dre Muzik Group out of Atlanta, GA with a team of A&Rs and associates that have worked with So So Def, Loud, Bad Boy, Sony and Violator. They swiftly began developing his campaign. Then on December 25, 2014, his first video and single, “Pull Up On Dey Ass” was released. The video is scheduled for distribution to MTV and the song has been serviced to radio and several DJ pools.  A tour to promote his current single will begin January 30, 2015 in Bradenton, FL.

Veggo began to pursue music under the stage name, Young Vegas after hearing a song called, “Never Say Never” written by a rising underground artist out of Manatee County and killed in a vehicle accident. The deceased artist rose to local fame because, it was rumored he’d just inked a deal with a major record label and died while out celebrating the news. Veggo later put together a team and began making music inspired by Floridian hit-makers, Luke/2Live Crew and Trick Daddy. He began creating a buzz for himself and managed to get his music aired on FM radio and in many entertainment venues while working on a street team for local promoters and club owners.

Today, he’s working with several new producers including Warner Brothers Grammy Nominated Super Producer, Young Shaun. Several local DJs agree his sound is different and want to see him pursue music as a career and not just a hobby.  Dre Muzik Group strongly feels Veggo is destined for success and have plans to promote his campaign internationally.
