Formed in Early 2019, ThrottleBody is the culmination of friendships between Four professional musicians from North Texas.
On a rainy night at The Iron Horse Pub, songwriters Ryan Hager and Jeff Catlin decided that the rock and roll they had been writing individually would be more powerful if they joined up to release the type of anthemic guitar rock they were raised on.
They soon enlisted the powerhouse rhythm section of Mike Hardison(drums) and Aaron Epp(bass). Soon after they recorded a 4 song demo ThrottleBody reached out to Bart Rose at Fort Worth Sound and Jaret Reddick of Bowling for Soup. The verdict was unanimous, those four songs, plus another, would be engineered by Rose, produced by Reddick and released as an EP in early 2020.
ThrottleBody is currently booking in support of their EP release!!
