1000yw was born in April 2014 , after a long phone conversation between two experienced rock musicians. After a few months of building the band writing songs and performing live we started to develope a solid fan base in St Joe and Kansas City area. After winning best New Artist of 2015 (Midwest) presented by Project Backstage and Rock Band of the Year 2016 presented by Online One Midwest Music Awards, we are now headlining shows and are demanded in our region. Growing stronger by the day. This band pushes and drives hard, with tons of passion to play and write music daily.Â
