Bio

The Los Angeles Classics are a L.A, CA. based Hip-Hop group consisting of MCs YUMS Jones and DJ 3rd Degree. The style of their music is Classic Hip-Hop. Classic flows over Classic beats with old school concepts and energy. This style is retro of original Hip-Hop. Its that fun party music that you can sing along and dance to. Its those positive and upbeat flows with a conscience and educated message. This music is user friendly and fan interactive. Fans will bounce as they chant lines and lyrics. Just like hip-hop shows of old, when the culture was young.
In addition, fans can relate to the music and not feel like they have to be Iced out, wearing designer clothing or drinking expensive cocktails. In other words, they can be themselves. However, if Cash Out is their swag... then they also fit and are welcome. But artificial swag is not required!!!! The music will also cross colors lines. Yes, it is normal hip-hop with Urban content.... but it also is open minded in concept and delivery.
Basically...this group is DOPE!!!!!!! They take you back to sounds of groups like De La, Tribe, Brand Nubians, P.E, DMC, Beasties and many of the other hip-hop originators and pioneers.
Their debut album Welcome to the Transparent World will excite and energize you. Im talking your whole mind, body and soul. This album was created for life and living. It is also packed and full of many different flavors of musical instrumentation and style. You will enjoy the party from start to finish. Their first radio single Turn Up the Microwave has already turned hip-hop heads and DJs into fans and made noise on the Hip- Hop radio and top 40 charts. Please check out their Facebook, Twitter, My Space pages. Also, check out their two new videos on YouTube Turn Up the Microwave and Let it Go. You will also see them on stage in 2014 at many music festivals and concert events. Its that L.A.C!
