The Brothers monicker has a lot more significance than just DNA. รข€‹Scott Robertson (lead vocals, bass, guitar), Mike Robertson (MFR) (vocals, guitar, resonator guitar, mandolin, slide, etc) and Rosco (vocals, harmonica, guitar) have a long history of singing and making music together. All five members (including Mike McHenry (Cajon and and lots of stuff you hit or shake) and Mike Thomas (vocals, keyboards) have known each other and played together in various bands for years. This is a band of talented, dedicated, road tested musicians whose only goal is to give life to the songs they've lived. The Robertson Brothers Band combines the lessons they have learned and their accumulated experience in music (and in life) with a focus on getting back to the basics of strong songwriting, tight harmony vocals, and tasteful musicianship that serves the song.
These five guys have almost 200 years of combined gigging experience in every kind of music. They came together around the tight songwriting of Mike and Scott Robertson and Rosco Selley...three men who've spent the last thirty years honing their songwriting chops. The songs come first...everything else flows from there.
