The Polk Duo is a married Christian voice and guitar duo made up of Kasey and Myranda Polk. Kasey and Myranda met in college while both performing in the university jazz band and joined in marriage in the summer of 2014. Kasey and Myranda both hold degrees in music from NC A&T SU and both work daily as elementary music educators.
Kasey, originally from Los Angeles and Myranda from Charlotte, NC, their unique combination of cultures, backgrounds, musical influences help to drive their original songs. At the center of The Polk Duo, their music, and marriage, is their love for Jesus Christ. Their music has been described as refreshing, unique, and inspirational.
