The Natrolites have a unique sound which mixes 70’s funk and ‘90’s pop with a hint of retro ‘80s making for a ‘can’t sit down’ vibe. With inspiration and influence from Prince, The Strokes and Daft Punk our sound is groovy, upbeat and energetic. We have been compared to Steely Dan and the LA rock sound with our own twist added to make it unique.
We have played various venues in the Niagara Region and Toronto and have created a strong fanbase and following. Our past venues have included Scenefest (St. Catharines), Horseshoe Tavern, (others in Toronto). One of our most memorable moments, was showcasing in Los Angelas and performing at the prestigious Troubadour.
We have been together as a group for more than eight years and we will continue on our journey for years to come as we are all committed to our craft and this industry as illustrated by our work ethic. We have mixed and produced our own material and collaborated with professionals in LA and NYC. In addition, we have shared bills with known artists as in the past; Dragonette, Walk off the Earth and The Arkells.
The Natrolites music is available on all social media sites and our new venture ‘#Talkbox Tuesdays’ on our instagram is turning into a big hit.
We rebranded ourselves ‘The Natrolites’, the stone that attracts the higher realms, where we want to take our music in the future.
