The music is relatable and memorable. The melody will stick with you. You'll catch yourself humming our song as you fold laundry - and at that point we've succeeded. We aim to present songs you can feel down to your soul.
Though we call it rock-folk-funk, those are the genres that jump out the most. There are a lot of other elements that shine through in our music. It's nearly impossible to make a list of influences. Simply put, we love it all.
We started as a party-band of sorts, for an Indianapolis Applebees' monthly blacklight party. After 9 shows (in 9 months), we signed up for an acoustic battle of the bands with 64 other Indiana bands. Lo and behold---we won. That's when we decided that it could really be something. We played a couple local festivals, went electric, recorded an album of old songs, and started writing new ones.
As of Fall 2015, we have three original albums under our belt and have played many shows in IL, OH, KY, TN, and throughout IN.
