The Crossed Lines is a group of seasoned musicians from southeast michigan that have playing together in one form or another for over 25 years. In previous projects they have played throughout the midwest and japan, consistently creating thoughtful, passionate music. The project includes musicians from the Restroom Poets, October Babies, 16 More Miles and a number of other regional bands from the last 20 years. The band includes various incarnations of J. Magee, Erik Santos, Ben Lorenz, Sam Vail, Jesse Morgan, Jason Dennie and Jordan Adema.
The latest crossed line project, J.Magee and the Crossed Lines was primarily a live recording, with no rehearsals and the first time the entire band played together. The only overdubs are the background vocals and the groups.
The band has never played a live show so we don't know what our draw would be but we are looking to find out. Bottom line is that this is a band of good musicians with good songs that have years of experience with original music between them.
