TAKERS was founded by ex A City Asunder guitarist Greg Miller and bassist Zack T Webb.
After A City Asunder disbanded, Greg reached out to long time friend Harshil Patel, to record what would be the start of TAKERS.
Soon after the creation of the first demo remnant members of other local bands joined to complete the line up.
TAKERS was officially born and began work on their debut single “Werewolf /// Therewolf” drawing from various influences, such as nu-metal, Metalcore, and some death metal, it lays the foundation of what’s to come from this novice band.
