Singer/songwriter/guitarist t.Roy has been performing professionally since he was a teenager. A blues singer in a rock guitarist's body, his music is unique hybrid of his native southeast Texas music culture, infused by rock, blues, country, zydeco.
With songs like "Such is Life" t.Roy bring a gaudy rock approach to blues with nasty slide guitars and exciting piano riffs. He's not trying to recreate rock or the blues as much as a respectful nod towards the past in his own fresh hybrid style.
His music tends to be about relatable personal situations, with several humorous stories thrown in the mix, and audiences are entertained by stories and songs. He understands that people don't go out to listen to heavy political lectures or self-absorbed musicians.
