Formerly in Label & Artist Development at Sony/Orchard, Brown began his career in 1979, working for CBS Records as a sophomore at Belmont University. Years later, he found his niche under the Sony Music Entertainment umbrella, where he worked for over 25 years. During his tenure, Brown was instrumental in creating and developing distribution deals with multiple independent labels, including Broken Bow Records (Jason Aldean), Black River Records (Kelsea Ballerini), Thirty Tigers (Sturgill Simpson), and many more.

Terran Gilbert, known as T-RAN, is a renowned gospel recording artist from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Born in a musical family, he developed his passion for music at a young age and became a prominent figure in the gospel music industry.
T-RAN's captivating voice, heartfelt lyrics, and dynamic stage presence have won him fans around the world. He combines traditional gospel sounds with contemporary elements to create a unique musical style that appeals to all ages and cultural backgrounds.
