Short Bio:
Sweet Earth is an Power-Trio that specializes in seamless instrument switching, unique and energetic composition, and dynamic improvisation that blends musical genres. The sound is an intricate fusion of Mathematic Rock, Grooving Pocket Funk, Bumping Dance Beats, Atmospheric Ambiance and Soaring Melodies. No words. No pre-recorded samples or loops. Sweet Earth is the most explosive instrumental rock group on the scene today. In 2014 they released two studio albums from Los Angeles, CA and toured the U.S. from Coast-to -Coast
2015 is looking like it's going to be their best year yet. They kicked off Festival season early with a spot on the Gem and Jam Festival in Tucson, AZ in February and recently relocated their home base to Denver, CO.
Band History:
In 2010 Sweet Earth came onto the scene like psychedelic bats out of hell. Within one year they worked their way up to a #1 spot on Reverb Nation's Jam Charts in their hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, began touring clubs and were being featured on the main stages of some of the premier Music Festivals in the MidWest, MidAtlantic and East Coast. In the summer of 2012 Sweet Earth left Pittsburgh and relocated to Los Angeles, CA. They spent almost years steadily gigging, writing and recording in SoCal, while also finding time to tour around the rest of the country.
Sweet Earth has played in cities across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, Colorado, Illinois, Washington DC, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California. See the "Tour History" page of this website for a complete list of previous shows.

"With all of that said, I can only add that this article does not do justice to Sweet Earth. The band has such a rich story along with an unbelievably versatile sound that captivates and moves everyone listening, that only by seeing them live is it possible to truly appreciate them."
