Experimental Rock band from New Orleans.
Featuring current and former members from All People, Smiley With A Knife, LoOmis, Autotomii & Meadow Flow.

*** The live version of Static Masks formed in the summer of 2015 after guitarist Patrick Bailey (LoOmis, Smiley With a Knife) moved back to New Orleans from a four year residency in San Francisco. Bailey teamed up with former bandmate Eric Dauzat (Meadow Flow) and enlisted friends Ben Belou (Bass, Autotomii) and Robert Landry (Drums, All People, Community Records) to join the group.
Static Masks spent nearly half a year writing and patiently crafting their sound until their live debut in early 2016.
With a goal to make "interesting" and "beautiful" music, Static Masks blend melody and complexity with some non traditional song structures to create their own version of progressive pop music.
Static Masks have recorded and are currently mixing their debut full length in New Orleans with producer James Whitten (PEARS, Thou) for an early 2017 release.***
