Hailing from Maryland, Static Res gives a memorable album that has timeless music we can play for years to come. Self-producing most of the EverySoDreamy album alongside his friend Manocchs titled Static Res (Resilience) has his distinct sound with his smooth lofi style production and wavy wordplay. In this album, Static tells us about getting through his vices and being resilient through it all, basically putting his phone down for a second and embracing the soundscapes of his surroundings. You can feel the music's vibe, and it matches the forthcoming peaceful energy he tried to portray to his listeners. Sometimes in life, our vices could take control of us, but Static is here with this album to talk about how he got through it. - ELEVATOR
Up and coming rapper/producer Static Res takes some time to touch on a couple of personal issues on his newest single titled "Zero". He takes the listener back to the crux of the matter as he strips down to the fundamentals of his being over the soothing backdrop provided by EricDawns. Chock full of emotions, he talks about his upbringing and the journey behind his continuous growth as a man wading through the murky waters of life. he further states that the record was written to humble himself while coming to terms with being an underdog in everyone else’s eyes as he keeps working on what would eventually become his masterpiece.
Life as we know it is a combination of several instances as opposed to one single event and Res's "Zero" is all about that and then some.

Every year artists seem to incorporate what’s “popping” into their discography to get more plays. Some might even suggest riding the “wave,” is the only way to make it in the underground. Luckily not everyone falls into that statistic, like artist Static Res. His newest album Be Good is rebelling agasint the norm. It is a mix of extreme lyricism intermixed with trendy, modern beats that grew to be so popular. Listen to it below. - Culness
Slowing down is a good thing at times, recognizing how to do so can be found in the simplest ways. Static Res needed to slow down, after finishing college and entering the workforce he found himself contemplating. How does one bridge the gap of adolescence? Juggling a blossoming, exciting phase of life where the youthful city of Columbus is responding to his craft with enthusiasm. It was the perfect chance to create a body of work, free of the constraints that come with college. Yet life moves fast and Static felt the pressure from all sides, causing a distracting tension, he needed to slow down but how?
Static decided he would write his next project by hand, forcing himself to slow down. A practice with multiple upsides, Statics diction on Warm Regards presents examples of deliberate, focused song writing. Often contemplative and quick witted you can hear pages flip in tracks on the album. Static himself feels more of a personable experience when listening to his own lyrics on Warm Regards. “It made my handwriting better.” Static tells me as we sit in his dark bedroom listening over instrumentals he’s made. That was the indication to me that Static had found his sweet spot, he had been able to slow down and find fullfillment, in his own handwriting. - MMPA Collective
