Starks & Heights

Heights has been producing music for over 10 years, and is the composer and producer of Starks & Heights. Known for his own form of genre-blending hip-hop, Heights has produced for many Canadian acts such as J Shiltz, Spesh K, and Shad. The latter ended up winning a Juno for best rap album, in which Heights' song At The Same Time was favorited by fans and critics alike. After years of searching for an artist who would meet his extraordinarily high standards, Heights met Marcus Starks and immediately began working on their album, Creation Conundrum Catastrophe.

Marcus Starks is a new young hip hop artist from Toronto and considered to be one of the next great performers coming out of Canada. First discovered early 2004 by world renown underground hip hop group Dope Poet Society, Marcus quickly obtained a key role in both producing and performing. After touring Ontario with the dope poets and featuring on their hit album, as well as opening for Propigandi and Public Enemy, Marcus then decided to broaden his skills. He studied classical vocal singing under maestro Daniel Eby which gave him the confidence he needed to audition and win a leading role in Hello the musical.
