Born Aug 10 1991 in South FL. J.R. was raised with a heavy influence of Hip-hop & Soul music including artist like Nas, Rakim, Notorious BIG, Lauryn Hill, Sade and many more. In which eventually inspired the story telling and unique soulful sound that is heard in J.R's music.
