With roots in funk, jazz, and pop soul, LA songstress Sophie Ann hits 2020 running, with an extended Billboard premiere and interview for her debut full solo album Just Me. Sophie Ann's first industry break occurred when Just Me single “Read My Mind” was picked up by Radio Disney and Sirius XM, where it enjoyed heavy rotation across the US, making Radio Disney Top 3 alongside household names Sofia Carson, Galantis, and Why Don’t We. Her self empowerment anthem “Flawless”, also debuting as a single ahead of the album’s release, premiered with Earmilk, championing her “message of inner strength through poetic lyricism and... spectacular vocal performance.” Sophie Ann went on to debut third single “I Don’t Wanna Know” with CelebSecrets, soon aggregating on HypeMachine as well. Sophie’s final single ahead of the album’s release, similarly titled “Just Me,” debuted on Apple Music’s Shazam “The Best New Music”, and served as an announcement of her upcoming full album by the same name, chronicling love to break up, overcoming to rediscovery. Having inked a deal with Lyric House, Sophie Ann also writes actively for placements and sync, as well as for other artist projects. Her songs receive extensive editorial support from DSPs, with her most recent cut with artist and influencer Jake Clark, "Happy", debuting on Apple Music Pop 's Feeling Blue editorial playlist.
