Austin’s first stand-alone pop artist Skye Strickler releases the first single off his upcoming EP “DNA”. The self-written and co-produced track Dance the Night Away (listen here) sets the tone for a summer tour filled with anthemic pop songs from all influences. Further, he’s launched a contest for fans to submit their own videos to be featured in the official video.

Skye Strickler is an American singer and songwriter. His empowering and melodic songs are influenced by everything from RnB to EDM - all infused into modern, upbeat anthems. At 19 he moved from his family farm in Kansas to Austin, Texas to develop his unique sound. He began showcasing his music in the local scene, leading to a downtown residency, local radio coverage and festival performances. His debut single "Dance the Night Away" has established him as a positive emerging pop act. He often speaks about the importance of believing in yourself and always remaining confident, even at times you feel lost, left, or destroyed. His first EP, "DNA" is due out this year, with the much-anticipated feel-good tunes "Where Did You Go?" and "College" as well as others.
