Tammy has been singing for years and started playing guitar and ukulele in the last 5 years. Bob has been playing guitar since 1998 and started playing ukulele about 9 years ago and upright bass 6 years ago. We played together in a bluegrass band (The Gazaway Mountain Boys) for about 5 years. We met Matt Parks about 2 years ago when Bob was giving his daughter ukulele lessons and asked him if he would like to play percussion for us and he agreed. - The Kansan

Bio
Husband & Wife Bob and Tammy Colladay have been performing together for more than a decade. Bob was in a lounge-a-billy band for a few years before playing upright bass in a bluegrass band which Tammy eventually joined.
Simone du Garfunk started in the Summer of 2010 as a duo, after a year of performances in festivals and nightclubs they decided to add a drummer. Luckily they found a percussionist who can also play harmonica. Matt Parks has drumming in his blood. His father was a popular dance band drummer in the Kansas City area.
Now this this American trio haunts street corners, coffee shops, nightclubs, bars and festivals with setlists that include re-imagined covers, witty originals, and just about anything they fancy. From John Prine to Eilen Jewell to Nancy Sinatra to Gillian Welch you might surprised at what you hear, but never disappointed.
Tammy plays baritone ukulele and her singing is often compared somewhere between Patsy Cline and Karen Carpenter. Bob plays upright bass and favors a more stylistic form of singing. All three are ukuleleists as well
