When the band Showtime takes the stage, they deliver a night of music that will satisfy any music lover.

The band Showtime has been together for over 15 years, and has been highly regarded as one of Central New Yorks best bands. The band consists of six members, Justin Smithson (lead guitar/vocals), Joe Rossi (drums/vocals), Jose Lopez (bass/vocals), Ben Salzman (guitar/percussion/vocals), Shawn Smith (acoustic guitar/vocals) and Keith James (keyboards/vocals). The band prides itself on having a very strong rhythm section and five strong singers that makes for harmonies and grooves that will heighten anyones emotions. Four of the members of Showtime also have extensive experience as private music instructors.With experience as instructors and performers, Showtime brings a unique ability to connect with their diverse audience.

Showtime has always valued a versatile selection of music, from oldies to contemporary hits. This also allows them to play for audiences of almost any age, and makes it possible for them to play various events and venues, such as clubs, weddings, reunions, corporate events, college venues and parties. In 2005, Showtime reached a personal goal when they released their first full-length album of original material; Lovedrunk and Melancholy.

Showtime has played in venues from the Northeast to the Midwest, from Chicago, Illinois to Boston, Massachusetts. Some of the venues include, The Turning Stone Casino Showroom, Cornell University, Ithaca College, Northeastern University, The College of Saint Rose, SUNY IT, and McDonalds International Headquarters. Showtime has even shared the same stage with national acts, such as Eddie Money, Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root and Marshall Tucker Band.
