In today’s music and entertainment industry it doesn’t take talent, originality or creativity to become a “star”.  In the beginning it was an honor to get an A&R to hear your music and give you that “Big Break” that you were looking for.  At that time it was much more difficult to get a talented artist introduced into the music industry thru any avenue.  With the introduction of the Internet started a whole new opportunity for unknown musicians, artist, producers and more to introduce their brand, music or production to an audience.  So Major Labels are now only looking to create revenue and not interested in sustaining an artist or musician career.  Syndicate Family/Business Over Money Music will be concentrating on bringing that honor back into the must industry.  

Majority of the “artist” within the United States never get to be heard because they do not venture outside their comfort zone of where they reside and the lack of knowledge they have about the industry.   For example; if you are in the southern region introducing your music, you automatically begin to make music that you hear is popular rather than creating your sound of music, end result all the music starts sounding the same, no distinction.  SFBOM has derived a plan to give artist the opportunity to utilize their uniqueness, specialties, originality and gain knowledge of the industry business side to truly advance their career from a broader perspective. 

SFBOM has been operating within japan for the past 2 years under the umbrella of Syndicate Family Entertainment Group.  Our brand and the core values has given us great success over our time by introducing artist into a setting and environment that allows you to be creative and original.   The introduction of the Internet, Social Networking, Independent Distributors etc., into the music industry has opened a doorway for artist to be able to stay true to whom they are without worry, while advancing their own career with full creative control of their productions.  SFBOM Muzik bottom line is to have a company that will sustain and thrive within the music and entertainment Industry; also offer the access and opportunity to be creative, international and successful in the music/entertainment  industry while elevating their career and broadening their knowledge.
