First generation Jamaican Canadian rapper Scotty Outty represents the future of Hip-Hop coming out of Scarborough, a borough of Toronto. His forward thinking ear for instrumental production gives his unique flow the ability to tell the story of growing up amongst the vibrant, energetic, but often troubled immigrant communities in the city. Scotty mixes Hip-Hop's message of hardship and perseverance with a familiar, yet progressive sound.
