Bio
Back in the yesteryear when the bionic man was still cool, the Satire Saints did not exist. But now, they do.
The sound of the Satire Saints evolves from combining alt-rock with guitar-driven power-pop sensibilities. Imagine Weezer and Cheap Trick were involved in a strange cloning experiment gone terribly right. Kelly Head (singer, guitarist, and main song writer) and Tim Whitlock (drummer and sometimes background singer) started playing together around 2007 in area cover bands. Songwriting and recording original material quickly followed. Ray Kelly (bassist and other sometimes background singer) joined the two in 2009.
Each of the members have played their share of Atlanta-area shows in various bands throughout the years (but only one while the bionic man was still on TV). Playing around their East Atlanta Suburbia homelands, the three are developing a faithful following. Hot chicks really dig us. No, seriously.
