Sarah and the Arrows

Sarah and the Arrows are an all-female four piece Americana, folk, and bluegrass band playing powerful, rhythmic, and foot stomping tunes ranging from introspective to hilarious. Sarah and the Arrows includes Sarah Napolitan on  guitar and vocals, Rosie McNamara Jones on the violin, Stacy Weathers on the banjo and vocals, and Lee Vuotto on the bass. The group predominantly plays the original songs of Sarah Napolitan and Stacy Weathers, as well as a wide variety of covers known well in contemporary, folk, and country circles. The band has played all over the Philadelphia area in a wide variety of venues with rave reviews and requests to return. The warmth and joy that radiates from their love of the music and each other, as well as their diverse assortment of songs provides audiences with the experience of having some beers in an Irish bar with Gillian Welch, Natalie Merchant, and Janis Joplin.
