I’m
Sal D., and I’ve been an emcee since early 2004. I can write to any style of
beat I hear
whether it’s a symphony or a heavy metal beat. I have recorded multiple tribute
tracks to my celebrity crushes
and have gotten replies from them on Twitter. My approach to recognition is
unorthodox, but I’m slowly
building its way there.
In 2010 I got chosen to the “Underground
Music Awards”
in New York City, and was selected by a panel and place in a poll for “Most
Original Artist”, I’ve met
with A&R’s such as G-Unit & Island Def Jam. Performed in numerous
showcases, from New York, Denver, Colorado
and in my hometown Fort Collins, Colorado. My songs have been played all over
Fort Collins & Loveland
at clubs and bars, also on our hometown KCSU’s radio station. Hip hop is apart of my life
and I strive to make a career out of it.
I am currently working on my 3rd CD/Mixtape, set to be
released in 2016.
