Bio
Ryan Kaiserman is a singer-songwriter with a progressive sensibility towards the folk style. Instantly recognizable by his tender baritone voice, Ryan strives to push the boundaries of honesty in song with his writing. His delicate yet complex approach to the nylon string guitar paired with a one-of-a-kind harmonic approach creates a world of vibrant and melancholic beauty. As a solo performer, Ryan has played everywhere from legendary local venues such as The Lilypad in Cambridge to large concert halls such as the Berklee Performance Center. Ryan’s debut album, “Phantom Tear in the Dried Up Sea,” will be released in summer 2024. Contributing to Ryan’s music as it continues to reach live audiences are pianist Josh Pajak, bassist Sam Bigus, and drummer Jackson Reed. Jackson’s drumming is in many ways the perfect extension of Ryan’s guitar with an equal sense of spectacular rhythmic complexity rendered with gentle elegance. Sam’s bass playing provides a warm, sturdy, and satisfying foundation. Josh’s hypnotic, soaring piano is the lamp enlightening Ryan’s compositions to their brightest potential. Together, they are the Ryan Kaiserman Band; a group that will take both your heart and mind on an unforgettable musical journey.
