Rod Rhaspy a.k.a King Weirdo is an artist and musician, Born Dario Rodriguez, based out of the Bronx, NYC, started making music at a young age, learned how to play up to 5 instruments by ear. He has been featured on songs with artist such as Cam'ron , Vado ,Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Jim Jones, Chris Rivers, Skyzoo, Daytona, Rich Hil, Chris Webby, Justina Valentine and Charlie Clips from "MTV Wild N Out" Manolo Rose, Smoke DZA & He's even worked with the late rapper Mac Miller
Since 2013, He has put out a numerous amount of independent projects, some of which has been featured on numerous blog sites (Datpiff, Audiomack, mymixtapes, XXL, AHH, HNHH, etc ) & music channels ( FUSE TV, MusicChoice, etc ) and had major success inducing his "UPDOWNLEFTRIGHT" series, the first and only video game based music mixtape series. He is the type of artist who can relate to everyone, although he pushes towards his "Weirdo and Weirdette" slogan, and his comedic antics with his "#weirdowednesday" campaign on social media with hilarious skits. Rod also tackles on problems that people go through everyday, themes like love, hate, sex, religion, drug use and abuse, depression and emotional distress witnessed through struggle and poverty, it is also mixed with an upbeat tune, and catchy, rhythmic, commercial ready sound.He has performed in various venues such as AC3 Festival, CMJ, SXSW, New York Puerto Rican Day Parade, S.O.B's and his own festival "Littfest".Diversity is his birthright, for he is not afraid to speak from his soul, as it is hard to speak to the average listener, through his music, he is able to bridge that gap.
