Bio
The "Rob Watts" band pride themselves on a high energy, crowd-involved, live performance and put their own spin on what's now considered modern country music by highlighting some of the key elemental instruments used in classic country, while keeping the tempo up, and the songs catchy and fun.
The band kicked off the final day of the 2018 Boots and Hearts festival on the main stage and has delivered upwards of 200 high-energy shows, opening for artists such as Thomas Rhett, Brett Young, Aaron Pritchett, The Washboard Union, Meghan Patrick, River Town Saints, Bobby Wills, Dan Davidson, and more.
Rob began 2019 on a high note, launching his
debut EP across all streaming platforms, and opening shows for Emerson Drive
and Cold Creek County. In the first two weeks of its release, his latest single
“Hope God Likes Beer” was picked up by 30 radio stations across Canada and
streamed over 25,000 times on Spotify, earning a spot on the “Down Home
Country” playlist.
