"Reverent Circle"

It was a dark and stormy night in Grays Harbor, full of rain, fog, and rock. Okay, so yes, it was dark and stormy, full of rock music, and I enjoyed every second. Reverent Circle is just one of those bands. They bring it. I am not sure how to describe their music: let's go with rock, add some metal, then with some extras thrown in. I like it, and I am truly looking forward to what they have coming up in their future. *Gorilla Screwdriver, gotta love it.
Thank you so much guys!!!!

In spite of the drive and the weather, I had a great time getting to know these guys. They are all super. They are all pretty different it seems in personality, but mesh really well to bring something very interesting and worth seeing to the band. I really like the way they play with different genres. A lot of energy and playfulness in this project. I am really liking their new full length album - I recommend it. The track Roman Orgy, and several others on the album show the talented and playful side of the band.

I have included off the Burnt Black album;
Energy
All Fall Down
Lounge Fly

V-Money: Vocals and Guitar
Scotty Karate: Drums
Hornet: Bass
Mad Mike: Lead Guitar

"Words from Chris Ballew"

Reverent Circle’s album BURNT BLACK is like a pot of metallic honey dumped over your head. The sticky, infectious, wide load of ear candy stays stuck to your brain forever once you let it in. - Chris Ballew (The Presidents of the United States of America)

“Reverent Circle’s album BURNT BLACK is like a pot of metallic honey dumped over your head. The sticky, infectious, wide load of ear candy stays stuck to your brain forever once you let it in.” These are the words Chris Ballew (The Presidents of the United States of America, Caspar Babypants) used to describe the debut album from Reverent Circle, a high-energy 4-piece band based out of Grays Harbor County, Washington...home of Nirvana, The Melvins and Metal Church.

Founding member Vince "V-Money" Ortega (vocals/guitar) joined forces with Scotty Karate (drums), Hornet (bass), and Mad Mike (guitar) with the intent to create heavy, powerful, groove-driven music with their own sound and feel, yet reminiscent of such bands as Helmet, Corrosion of Conformity, Monster Magnet, Black Sabbath, Nazareth, Clutch, Tool, Sleep, and many others. Reverent Circle writes, records, and performs original music.

Reverent Circle has been featured on Seattle's KISW Loud and Local, Mike Watt's The Watt from Pedro Show, and receives radio play on many independent radio stations along the entire West Coast.  Their stage presence is mesmerizing and reflects their passion for music.

"Burnt Black" is available through iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, and at ReverentCircle.Com.
