Paper Waves plays sugar-filled, badass rock n' roll, folk and pop. It is a project based on collaboration in songwriting, support, leadership, and goofy shenanigans. Their talented, all-female lineup, consisting of Bridget Duggan, Christiana Athena, Lorie Lin, Gabrielle Otto, and Jane Carter, is well-versed in a variety of instruments and musical backgrounds. the group showcases a diverse instrumentation including guitar, cello, ukulele, keys, drum set, vocal harmonies, and the cajon! The sound can be described as indie rock, garage-rock, blues, folk, and pop.
