"When I first heard Pamela Parker's 'Is It Real?' I knew I had to have Evolutionary Process. Pamela Parker sounds like the love child of Ann Wilson and Axl Rose all the while looking like the daughter of Slash. Eric McFadden plays the guitar like he's being possessed by Jimi Hendrix and Carlos Santana at the same time. There's only one real word to describe this band and this album....Smooth. This is the kind of music you want to roll over, light a cigarette and ask was it good for you, too? There is no such thing as a bad song on this album, it's the kind you can put in your car and go on a road trip on, drive with the top down and looking damn cool doing it. I'm a music director of a radio station and I feel that Pamela Parker's Evolutionary Process is my greatest discovery this year and if you're smart it'll be yours 2 "

"...living proof that you don't have to die to go to heaven. You really rock sister!" - Diamond Dave
“Parker oozes organic soul in both her performances and arrangments...” - Music Connection Magazine
"The show and vibe surpassed my wildest expectations...I left with the feeling that this was one of the best shows I have ever seen in my life...and I was at concerts with John Lennon, Richie Havens, at Woodstock, Power to the Peaceful with Micheal Franti and many others...” - Alan Moore, Musician's For PEACE
Excerpt from the review of the Haight-Ashbury Street Fair 2013:
"The bands were uniformly excellent and enthusiastically received. Baby and the Luvies (above), winners of the Battle of the Bands competition that had predated the fair, rocked the Stanyan stage, but it was, understandably, the headline act, San Francisco based Pamela Parker (below) and her band who really got the crowd going." - Tony Quarrington

Bio
Pamela Parker's new album, Evolutionary Process, is up for Album of the Year in Vancouver BC and she has opened for bands like rock n'roll Hall of Famers HEART. She is one of the hottest San Francisco stars on the West Coast and is building a strong following on the East Coast. She is an operatically trained vocalist and monster lead guitarist as well as a classically trained pianist and gifted songwriter. In other words, the total package. Pamela's talent has allowed her to cherry pick the very best musicians to form an all-star rock band. She has studied everything from Classical to Heavy Metal, Soul, Jazz, Pop, Blues, Rock, Funk, & Folk and fuses it into a stunning vocal style all her own. The music is classic high energy rock n'roll. Powerful soulful vocals with an uncanny knack for hooks matched with great guitar riffs and excellent song craft are the hallmarks of the Pamela Parker sound. In 2013 she released her debut Rock album Evolutionary Process (including 11 originals composed by Ms. Parker) to critical acclaim. Her live shows are electrifying as she is able to stretch her musical talents and blow peoples minds with her incredible vocals, lead guitar prowess and stellar band mates. Her commanding stage presence and rock & roll image are just the icing on the cake!
