On The One is composed of three young gentlemen, Nick Scaggs (guitar), Steven Jones (vocals/keyboard), and Devonte "Dada" Wilson (vocals), from Cleveland Treatment Center's youth prevention program, Let It Ride: Game Ready 4 Life. Together with Jason Mercier (bass), Chris Wright (drums), Sam Hawkins (congas), and Salem Simon (drums), they play a high energy set of covers rooted in funk, soul & rock.
