New Money

When most people hear the name “New Money”, various questions and conclusions may come to mind, including how the name and the person is defined. The main question that many people ask is “WHO IS NEW MONEY”? No one can begin to answer that question independently, without first knowing “what” New Money is…the revelation isn’t always so obvious.

Basically, when I (Erin G. Wells) was in the streets, I acquired the name “E-money”, of which the “E” stood for Eazy; but, when I gave my life to Christ, I was led to transform the “E” to “New”, which was inspired by the teaching from the Book of 2 Corinthians 5:17. New Money is a Kingdom term, also referring to the true riches which are referenced in the Book of Luke, Chapter 16. It’s the new type of money or prosperity (the things that physical or tangible money could never buy), such as Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, and the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23)…you can only get these valuable treasures in the Spiritual realm.

Now that the name “New Money” has been defined, I can tell you that New Money is simply a willing vessel that has opened himself to being used by the Most High GOD. I’m very non-traditional and non-religious, and this causes a lot of confusion and misunderstanding by most people I encounter on this journey. The methods that GOD has given me, along with my approaches for spreading them, have a mission of reaching the souls of not only the young audience, but people of all age groups. Neither my approach, mission, nor purpose can be boxed in or categorized by a specific genre or religion! I’m a sold-out BELIEVER, and everything I do is wholeheartedly from my soul- while continuously seeking guidance and understanding from GOD.

Although my testimony isn’t one that you’d normally hear during an average Sunday church service, or during a routine alter call, it’s one that is meant to be told. I was actually using drugs (weed to be specific), and high when I heard GOD’s voice. I had just smoked a blunt when I heard the Lord say these two words- “Just Trust”. At that moment, I knew that GOD was real, and that he had a plan for my life IF, and only if I choose to trust him, seek him, and make an effort to change the way I was living…since then, my whole life has changed!! I’m definitely not projecting that my decisions, choices, and life in general has been perfect- for I too have fallen short. But one thing that I know about my GOD is that he’s merciful, gracious, and forgiving. I wake up daily, striving to do better.

My mission is to teach people how to be Free, by becoming “Kingdom-minded”. This includes not being bound by the control or expectations of religion, or false doctrines that are in this world that keeps us in bondage. My mission is to help others by being transparent, and using the reality of my past, present, and future experiences- which will hopefully lead many to the Lord. It’s important to emphasize that “…the kingdom of God cometh not with observation…the Kingdom of GOD is within YOU” (Luke 17, 20-21).

My purpose is the exemplify the magnificence in having a personal bond and relationship with GOD…one that cannot be influenced or broken by anyone…one that no one could ever completely understand or manipulate…and one that only YOU and HIM could ever define…#Salute2DaPlug
