"Transworld Magazine"

It takes a lot to jump into the unknown in pursuit of your passion, but Graham Harrington, known also as Mirror Days, isn’t worried about what will come. He just wants to make his music and have his fun. After dropping his second EP, Solstice, last October, Graham has shown no signs of slowing down. Keep your eyes open for a lot more Mirror Days in 2015.—Sam Muller - Sam Muller

"Monster Children Magazine"

There’s been some crazy space related things going on these last few months. Super moons, comet showers, blood red moons… it’s been an astronomers dream come true up there in the skies. Born in Michigan, Graham Harrington now makes music as Mirror Days in Los Angeles. Harrington’s new single, ‘Window’, is real spacey. And I kid you not, I had no idea his upcoming EP was named Solstice until after I wrote that first sentence. That’s some intergalactic shit right there. The planets are aligning, and the big bang will be when the EP drops on October 30th. Check out the video below to learn more about the making of the EP. -

Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Graham Harrington exudes the plaintive melancholy of a man going it alone — which he rather likes, he explains here. Under the moniker Mirror Days, Harrington has revealed a flair for lush, ambient dream-pop on his 2012 EP “Hearts & Heading Home” and last December’s self-titled full-length. Not unlike the bedroom shoegazers on the Sarah Records and Slumberland imprints, or the closer-to-the-vest material from Swedish indie darlings the Radio Dept., Harrington couches his memoirs in genteel hiss, gentle melodies and reverb. “Window,” from Mirror Days’ forthcoming “Solstice” EP (out Oct. 30), will make you feel like you’re floating out one. - Kevin Bronson

Some days you feel grounded, others you feel as if — to cop a line from one of our favorite travelers — you’re floating in space. Mirror Days’ new “Solstice” EP is for the latter; it’s the solo work of Michigan-bred songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Graham Harrington, who keeps his gaze toward the ground and his head in the clouds as he fashions lush, ambient dream-pop. We professed our admiration for bedroom shoegazers when we shared the EP’s first single “Window” in September; here’s hoping Harrington has more fruitul sessions there. - Kevin Bronson
