"The band puts everything into their show, all efforts are expended for each and every person in the crowd. If you’ve not been fortunate enough to see Lydia Can’t Breathe, you need to." (Go Venue Magazine) - James Simons
“Sheep is an energetic guitar driven heavy piece with catchy clean vocal choruses. The verses are harder spoken parts with a heavy breakdown. The contrasting parts show the different styles and variation of the band’s sound. The song follows the theme of thinking on your own and being yourself regardless of how society tries to shape you” (Rock Revolt Magazine) - Ace Sims

Bio
Lydia Can't Breathe is a multi-genre hard rock quartet out of Central
Florida with an ever-evolving sound that features a wide range of
intensity both musically and topically. The band's roots spring from a
metal and jazz background giving them a guitar driven feel but
incorporates elements of hip hop, rock and alternative sounds that give
their music flavor and depth unique to them. The sometimes serious and
sometimes humorous lyrical content mirrors their ability to move from
melodic to aggressive and from genre to genre seamlessly. With more
than a decade of touring and three full length releases, Lydia Can't
Breathe continues to bill with acts such as Rob Zombie, Marlylin Manson, Incubus, Asking Alexandria, Beartooth, P.O.D. and tour alongside bands like Otep,
Mushroomhead,
(Hed)P.E. and more. New releases in 2021 that can be heard on
streaming platforms and on terrestrial radio herald continuing tour
dates, new videos and even more new songs for this band on the rise.
