Bio
Lily JJ is a original singer and songwriter who was born in Japan. She was influenced by many of American Standard Jazz, Latin Jazz, and music from Japanese video game in her childhood. She got into dance and music since she was around four years old, and started taking lessons of classic ballet, piano, opera and Jazz vocal as she grew up. When she was thirteen she joined handbell choir in her middle school, and when she was sixteen she toured a lots of places in U.S. as a member of the hand bell choir, and she really got inspired by American culture. At the same time she started to create her own music and got into express herself as an artist. And the more she got into music, the more she got a passion to learn music skills and techniques, so she moved to U.S., went to Los Angeles College of Music and gained the musical knowledge and performance skills in vocal, songwriting and piano. Now she graduated with Bachelor's degree in vocal performance and perform in LA for 5 years, both as a solo artist and with/in a band.
