A force to be reckoned with, the whirlwind sensation Lil Squo, hailing from the small town of Pine Bluff, AR. Squo shows us why Arkansas should be a state we should keep our eyes on. Nearly two decades in the game, Lil Squo came from humble beginnings and started doing music as a teen to help pass time, but he soon grew to love Hip Hop. Squo's love for Hip Hop music shows in his abilities to tell stories that keep listeners immersed in a rollercoaster of emotion. Squo took a bit of a hiatus to focus solely on his military career and being a father to his two amazing babies, Chelci and Trey. Life ultimately took an unexpected turn and left Squo in the fight of his life with stomach cancer. After emerging cancer-free and with a brand new outlook on life, he promised his daughter that he would get back to his craft of putting his masterpieces on wax. And he burst back on the scene in 2020 with his debut album, "Arkansas State of Mind," featuring his sultry feel-good single, "Coco Butter," that put him back on the map."Blessed enough to start touring again, he has shared the stage with some of the biggest rap names in the game such as Yo Gotti, E-40, 2Chainz, and Too Short. In all the sets he has been able to perform, the set that still gives him the push that he needs to keep going is when he was able to perform for his late mother who watched and cheered her baby boy on.
