Letters from the Dead is a premiere central Illinois alternative rock band that provides fans of alternative rock with an authentic musical and visual experience that transports them back to the 90s grunge/alternative Era. Formed in 2010 by singer/songwriter Robert Simpson, and solidified with bassist Jarod Carrasca and drummer Jeremy Isbell, the bands unique brand of entertainment fuses the 90s grunge/alternative feel with catchy riffs and melodies, memorable chorus hooks, emotionally driven and commanding vocals, and solid, powerful live performances from the veteran rockers to deliver a truly awe inspiring and one-of-a-kind experience and sound for fans of all genres of rock music. - Letters from the Dead uses MESA amplifiers, Fender guitars, Spector bass, DW drums, K custom cymbals, Shure in-ear monitors -
