Lemo was born in Trinidad, number ten in the pecking order of eleven children.
He quickly turned to music as a creative outlet and a means of having his voice heard in his large clan.

At age 12, he was given a right-handed guitar, which might have been a problem for the left-hander, except he adapted and learned to play upside down! After 4 years of teaching himself to play guitar and bass in this rather unconventional manner, he was ready to perform professionally to large worldwide audiences. 

Lemo founded a teenage rock band at the age of 16 called Tenacity. This band soon gathered a nationwide following opening for big name acts such as Steel Pulse, Flock of Seagulls, Gloria Estefan, & Ziggy Marley to name a few.

He has toured the world with some of the best Calypso, Soca and Reggae artists and after leaving the touring circuit, he settled in California where he built a tremendous following. He carved out a unique niche with Silicon Valley clients such Google, Cisco, Microsoft, EBay, Sun Microsystems, and NASA as well as a plethora of private clients.

From the very young to the very old, they all find their rhythm in Lemo’s music. His brand of Calypso/Soca and Reggae is peppered with a bit of Rock.

He has two albums Passion and Love 4 Sure and a single titled Coming Home. He has also been the producer on several other album/singles.

Lemo’s value system is strongly voiced in the title track, LOVE 4 SURE, which is deeply rooted in his desire to end all war and restore peace and harmony to our very unsettled world. 

His generous nature is evidenced in the countless hours he lends to assist upcoming artists in developing their skills as musicians and performers.

His energy is contagious and his versatility on guitars is nothing short of amazing. He can bring any audience to its feet moving to the sweet Caribbean beat!
