Kye Munroe is an up and coming, multifaceted pop singer from Knoxville, Tennessee. She is known for her individual style as well as writing, performing, and occasionally producing her own music. Kye's style is largely inspired by electronic music from the late 90's and early 2000's.
Kye performed country music as young girl around the American southeast. This was where she was first noted for her distinctive vocal tone. Kye gravitated toward electronic music in her teens when she taught herself how to produce.
Her unique sound is influenced by the music of Kylie Minogue, Aphex Twin, Massive Attack, and The Cure. Kye's songs are known for their memorable lyrics and lush melodies which are easy to relate.
