Bio
The Kuah Band is a diverse ensemble of musicians who are influenced by Jazz, Soul, Fusion and World Music. Created by Kurt McIntosh and Noah Leibel to play weddings and corporate functions, the project started to receive rave reviews playing events such as the TD Markham Jazz Fesitval, The Stoufville Strawberry Festival, and local establishments across the GTA. Stellar at interpreting Jazz, Soul, Pop standards, and Caribbean tinged originals, The Kuah Band are always ready to use a wide variety of songs to use as a spring board for extended improvisation.
