Killer Strut is an original rock band with a very unique sound. Their music genres includes Rock/Metal/Funk. Music influences include Tool, Rage Against The Machine, Primus, Nine Inch Nails, Chevelle, A Perfect Circle, The Deftones, Limp Bizkit, and Pussifer.....  (Oh and I forgot to mention... We love the P FUNK). The band is made up of 4 members - Matt White on Vocals, Jason May on Guitar, Aaron Rhodes on Bass, and Drummer Brandon Fields. The band has a very well blended eclectic playing style due to their love for many styles of music. Killer Strut has an original sound that fans compare to a heavy metal version of funk. Killer Strut is very quickly making name for themselves in the Oklahoma Music Scene and surrounding states. All members of the band have performed hundreds of shows locally, regionally, and nationally. Throughout their careers in the music industry members of the band Killer Strut have headlined many of their own shows but they have also opened shows and provided Main Support for national acts on tour such as (The Misfits, Saliva, CJ Ramone of The Ramones, Butcher Babies, Bowling for Soup, American Headcharge, Scattered Hamlet, Spinning Chain - formerly Union Underground). Killer Strut is a very hardworking rock band that puts in the time it takes to perfect their original song writings, and most importantly to the band is to produce a live performance that will leave crowd of screaming fans begging for an encore!
