Springfield, IL up-and-coming rapper/singer/songwriter Kid Houdini dropped his single “Quarantine” from his much-expected album “F L O Y D”. He shows you his new versatile styles of emo rap, pop, alternative, hip pop, and bouncy adlibs, “Quarantine” is the first song in Kid Houdini’s new style alsoappearing on his album coming April 16th, 2021. After leaving Springfield and moving to the St. Louis area, Kid Houdini says,“Realizing that my dream to touch and inspire as many people as possible ont his earth, I had to change my location to be able to keepmoving towards my dreams,”. Moving helped Kid Houdini meet up with producer Josh Van Hoorebeke to create the track “Quarantine”.Inspired to continue his journey he found it difficult to obtain the sounds and voice he wanted. He told himself he must link with a producer just like all the great artists he saw throughout music history. Traveling to different events he met Josh Van Hoorebeke who lived in the St. Louis area. They began to work and later in the summer of 2020 they both pursued a conjoint project. Swayed by the new sounds of engineering and music “Quarantine”portrays the many talents Kid Houdini possesses. His vocals alter from soft to playful and the warm feeling of the ad libs gives the song the pangs of quarantine a pleasant tune during the pandemic. Already with his hit series“Bonnie N Clyde”(HERE) and “Hey Joshie! Vol. 1" EP he seeked out Dre Vegas to film “Quarantine”.
