Kick.Snare.Crash. performs as a full band and/or duo, doing original songs, with an occasional clever cover, (that we're passionate about), thrown in.
The band's sound is best described as melodic, hooky, accessible and guitar-driven Indie Rock, augmented with interwoven swirling keyboards and synth lines. All combined - it's likely that you'll catch influences of Brit Pop and Powerpop with maybe a bit of Roots/Americana, as well.
The 2 "core" members Drew Montgomery - Lead Singer/main Songwriter/Guitars,(originally from Johnson City,TN.), and Chicago transplant, Chris Vandalay - (Keyboards/Back Up Vocals), combined their unique, yet common geo-musical influences to form KSC in early 2023.
KSC has mostly been gigging around Upstate/Greenville South Carolina as well as the Asheville, NC. and Columbia, SC. areas. A new record is currently in the works, with the release coming sometime in early Fall 2023!
