Keegan Shirkman

Twenty one year old Keegan Shirkman is an up and coming rapper from small town Williamsburg, Virginia. In the past year he’s released a handful of songs, two of which featured major artists, Lex Luger and Black Cobain, and has become a topic of discussion amongst other rappers, producers, and promoters in the industry.

Poetry and writing had always been one of Keegan’s natural talents, and eventually during his freshman year of high school, along side his passion for music, it translated into rapping. His work ethic is meticulous and particular, a unique quality to find in an artist in this rebellious and fast paced industry. 

While no two songs are exactly the same, Keegan’s sound is lyrical and has a West Coast vibe, “I try and write a story every time I rap, about whatever I’m going through or experiencing at that particular time.” Similar to the sounds of J. Cole, Mac Miller, Cam Meekins and the like, Keegan’s music is true to the era of hip-hop millennials resonate with.
